After four games, there might not be a more disappointing team in Champions League than Borussia Dortmund. Dortmund have picked up only two points, drawing with Cyprus club Apoel Nicosia twice. Tottenham are already through to the round of 16 after picking up 10 points in their first four games.

At the end of September, Dortmund were comfortable atop the Bundesliga. However, after picking up one point in their last five games, Dortmund have dropped to fifth place following a 2-1 loss to Stuttgart. Dortmund were without leading scorer Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after the club suspended him for being late to training. American teenager Christian Pulisic missed the game with an injury. However, both players are expected to play on Tuesday. Defensively, Dortmund have fallen apart. Dortmund allowed two goals in their first seven Bundesliga games but have allowed 14 goals over their last five games. With injuries at the back, Bosz has been unable to figure out how to lineup his squad effective and failing to make effective in-game adjustments.

Tottenham are fourth in the Premier League after a disappointing 2-0 loss to Arsenal in the North-London derby. In the previous game against Dortmund, Mauricio Pochettino decided to start five defenders. However, with Toby Alderweireld sidelined with an injury, Pochettino will have to change his starting XI to slow down a Dortmund attack that will be pushing for goals.
