Is SEAL Team new tonight, November 29? We let you know is SEAL Team on tonight and if CBS is airing a new SEAL Team season 1 episode this Wednesday.

Is SEAL Team new tonight, November 29? Fans of CBS‘s new hit military drama may be asking is SEAL Team on tonight as the network packs its Wednesday schedule with special programming this week.

The answer is no, SEAL Team is taking the night off on Nov. 29. CBS is turning its Wednesday night into a special event lineup, with David Boreanaz and company giving up their time slot in order for the network to show hour two of a two-hour Survivor season 35 episode. That will be followed by the music special Bruno Mars: 24K Magic Live at the Apollo.

But don’t worry, because the freshman drama will be back next Wednesday, Dec. 6 in its usual time slot. Considering the way that SEAL Team season 1 has performed in the ratings this fall, it’s not going to be off the air for long. And when the series returns, Jason (Boreanaz) and Team One will have more challenges ahead of them, while Clay (Max Thieriot) has finally jumped through all of his personal and professional hoops and now has to acclimate to life as part of the squad.

So while we can’t give you good news this Wednesday, there will be a lot for fans of the series to look forward to next week. The Survivor season 35 contestants could probably learn a few things from Team One and all of the challenges that have been thrown in their way this season. And the next one is only seven days away, so catch your breath now (and/or catch up with the first eight episodes via CBS on Demand, CBS All Access, or your favorite digital platform).
