It’s time for the annual Rockefeller Center Christmas tree lighting, which means it’s also time for NBC‘s yearly Christmas in Rockfeller Center TV special. Here’s how to watch the holiday tradition and catch the Rockefeller Center tree lighting in all its glory.
Christmas in Rockefeller Center 2017 is the 66th time that NBC has helped TV audiences ring in the Christmas season. The network has enlisted a number of familiar faces to perform this year, including Pentatonix (who had their own NBC Christmas special on Monday), former The Voice coach Gwen Stefani (who will have her Christmas special on NBC next month), and Auli’i Cravalho (from the network’s upcoming series Rise, but who’s still best known as the title character in the Disney movie Moana).
Other folks appearing in the Christmas in Rockefeller Center 2017 lineup include Harry Connick, Jr. (whom NBC viewers may recognize from his stint as David Haden on Law & Order: SVU), Seal, The Tenors and Jennifer Nettles. If you want to get into the holiday spirit ahead of schedule, tune in on Wednesday.

"The evening with include festive performances by Brett Eldridge, Jennifer Nettles, Leslie Odom Jr., Pentatonix, Gwen Stefani and The Tenors, with additional acts to be announced. NBC’s “Today” anchors Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb and Al Roker will host the highly anticipated holiday special."
