Here are the recommended plays for your DraftKings NHL picks for today.

Welcome to DraftKings NHL Picks for Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017. Today we have a huge ten-game slate. First of all, if this is your first time reading this article welcome. In this Article, the picks are focused entirely on building winning GPP Lineups.

In addition to the top plays below you will see top plays,Ā mid-tier, punts and cheap or value plays. Finally, my goal is to help you win tournaments and build a unique lineup that is ideal. The lineups posted at the end of the slides are not guaranteed to win and yes, I play them.

Because the goal of this article is to help you make the best choices for a given slate and not just cut and paste the picks, therefore I will tell you that the most successful DFS players use various tools available to tweak their lineups for the best chance to win.

Centers

Steven Stamkos, SJ at TB ($8000)Ā Let me start by saying that The lightning could easily be written up every day as top picks. What would change that? Price. I just can’t stomach playing him for this price tag. His price is not the real challenge as if I want to stack this game all the other players are expensive too. I may one-off him but he’s not my lock

AustonĀ Matthews,Ā TOR at VAN ($7,800)Ā In addition to being a few hundred less than Stamkos, Matthews is one of my must plays today. Due to the fact he averages 4.5Fppg while playing just 18 minutes per game makes it worth paying up for.

Brayden Point, SJ at TB ($5,800)Ā Ever hear of the player Nikita Kucherov? Well, he would be on the line centered by Point plus I like a guy named Point when we are chasing points. Seriously though, I racked my brain to fit some studs in my DK lineups and I am gonna go a little less conventional today.

Tyler Johnson, SJ at TB ($3,300)Ā We have to have some exposure to this game and I found it. So Tyler plays with guess who on the top Line? He lists out as a center on DK but he play winger on the Stamkos line. He’s a lock.

Wingers

Nikita Kucherov, SJ at TB($7,900)Ā Do I love this guy man o’ man he’s a point-producing machine. Kuch is having a stellar season and will be a three Fps floor guy and the upside is 12-13 FPS. Lock him and move on with a few other guys in this game fromĀ above.

Brock Boeser,Ā TOR at VANĀ (5,700)Ā Do you love snipers? Brock went off in his last game with a massive 40.5 Fps. He is an all-around point monster I want as much as I can of this game that will be end to end with two talented offenses.

Connor Brown,Ā TOR at VANĀ ($3,600)Ā We have to have value and it seems silly to call Brown a value when he plays on the top line with Matthews. His recent game logs will have everyone off of him in tournaments. He’s due and because this game is looking like a potential shootout I love this value.

Defenseman

Dougie Hamilton,Ā EDM at CGYĀ ($5,000)Ā Can you play both of the Calgary D? You can and I will have heavy exposure in all my lineups. His price per 1k is nearly .690 FPS. my conclusion is that Calgary D is gonna be pretty chalky in my lineups.

T.J. Brodie, EDM at CGYĀ ($4,400)Ā Brodie may be the most talented offensive D on this team. He skates on the top power play unit with Hamilton. This game is gonna have some power plays and is a local battle between two beloved Alberta Province teams and always seems to play out that rivalry.

Olli Matta, BUF at PIT ($3,500) If you hate back to back games against the same teams as much as I do. Then you may not like my punt D for this pick. Not much I can sell you on other than he plays with the number one line of Pittsburgh. As we need room for the studs he’s in my optimal lineup today.

Goaltender

Pekka Rinne, ANA at NSH ($8,300) My top play and consequently the best play at points per 1k is Rinne. The ducks and Preds have a lot of history and most of it falls in favor of the Preds and Rinne. I like him to get the win bonus in a close lower scoring game today. Because I locked him into 100 percent of my lineups I won’t say much else.

Tristan Jarry, BUF at PIT ($7,900)Ā He is going to see a lot of starts as their number one Matt Murray is on IR. He pitched a shutout last night against this same team. you can go by his recent success and throw him in again tonight.

Mike Smith,Ā EDM at CGYĀ ($7,800)Ā Do you build multiple lineups? It seems like I do especially for bigger slates like this one. On the season he’s nearly a five Fps per game guy. My conclusion is that he’s a solid play in a game Calgary is favored in. I like Rinne more but Mikey is a great play if you build more than one lineup.

Top Stacks

Stacking lineups in NHL DFS is aĀ very fruitful strategy for winning large field Gpp’s.

  • Calgary Flames,Ā Monahan, Ferland, T.J. Brodie, Gaudreau.
  • Toronto,Ā Matthews, Hyman, James Van Riemsdyk, Marner.
  • Tampa Bay,Ā Namestnikov, Kucherov, Hedman, Stamkos.
