A Jets fans took a page out of Michael Jackson’s book and lowered a child over a railing in order to get a football from another grown adult.

When you’re presented with a choice that involves dangling a child over a railing, you should always choose whatever option ends with that child never actually being dangled. That memo didn’t make it to one New York Jets fan before he headed out to Sunday’s game against the Chiefs.

Bilal Powell scored a touchdown and did what most football players do, he found a fan to give it to.

But wait, there’s a twist.

As you do when retrieving a football from one grown adult to another, a Jets fan lowered his child over the railing so that he could retrieve a football from Powell.

Dear God almighty, what is this?

Someone get that guy a Father of the Year Award, except the only way he can retrieve it is if he’s lowered by his child over a railing to get it. That won’t work because it’s stupid to think that a child could do that the same way it’s stupid to lower your child to get a football.

This is a little on Powell too, who indulged this dude who was reverse Lion King-ing his kid. He probably just gave the ball to the kid to avoid any trouble with him being dropped.
