LeBron James doesn’t think the Buckeyes were snubbed, and says Derrick Rose owes nobody in Cleveland an apology.
LeBron James showed his love for The Ohio State University again during the Buckeyes Big Ten Championship win over Wisconsin. James was diplomatic about the Buckeyes not being selected for the college football playoff before his Cleveland Cavaliers faced Chicago on Monday night.
James is on an incredible streak. The Cavs have won 11 in a row led by the best player in basketball. James is shooting a career-best 58 percent from the field, 41 percent from the 3-point line. Is this the best basketball of James career?
The Cavs will be adding more depth back to the roster soon. Derrick Rose is coming back to the team after a self-imposed time away from the court. Rose is still dealing with an ankle injury, but will work to get back on the court. So far Rose has missed 16 of the Cavaliers’ 23 games this season.
James has not talked to Rose and says he doesn’t need to.
The Cavs have ten games left until Christmas Day when they play at Golden State with a real chance of entering that contest on a 21-game winning streak. Only 3 of their next ten games are against teams with a record over .500. With James playing at his current pace, a long, long, long win streak is not out of the question.
