Dr. Shaun Murphy might have a rival in Monday’s episode of The Good Doctor, as the hit ABC series welcomes another new arrival to St. Bonaventure Hospital. But the incoming doctor isn’t quite as amenable as Shaun.

Season 1, episode 10 is called “Sacrifice,” and things seem good when St. Bonaventure adds a second new face to its staff. But the new hire eventually shows that they’re not as good as they appear to be. Elsewhere at St. Bonaventure, the events of The Good Doctor season 1 continue to weigh on Shaun’s boss and mentor Dr. Aaron Glassman (Richard Schiff), and he wants his protege to get more support. But Shaun (Freddie Highmore) doesn’t want the help.
