Week 14 of the NFL regular season features an important NFC South matchup The Saints travel to Atlanta to face the Falcons on Thursday Night Football.

The Washington Redskins refused to wear their Color Rush uniforms last week and it cost them. They were blown out in embarrassing fashion to the Dallas Cowboys. This week offers a better matchup where both teams will for sure be wearing their Color Rush uniforms. The NFC South-leading New Orleans Saints travel to Atlanta to take on the Falcons. The game kicks off at Mercedez-Benz Stadium at 8:25 p.m. ET.

It’s a must-win for both sides but will the Color Rush uniforms look like?

The Saints have one of the best teams in the NFC this season and their uniforms will reflect that. Sean Payton’s squad will be sporting the white Color Rush uniforms with gold trim.

Let me tell you, they’re straight fire.

Personally, I think these are the best Color Rush uniforms we’ve seen this year. It’s a clean concept and the Saints are going to look sharp on primetime.

The home team Falcons will be in all red Thursday night. It’s also a solid look but we’ve seen similar uniforms from the Buccaneers this season. I will say though, the Falcons are going to look tough come game time and they’re going to need it.

Thursday night won’t just be a chance to show off Color Rush uniforms. This game has major playoff implications in the division and in the NFC.

At 7-5, the Falcons sit on the outside looking in on the last wild-card spot. With just four games left, they pretty much have to win to stay alive in the playoff race. The division is still within reach but that won’t happen without a win on Thursday.

The NFC South has been one of the toughest divisions this year and it looks like the Saints, Panthers, and Falcons could all make the playoffs. Will get a better indication of that come tomorrow night.
