This referee aggression will not stand, man

Pick up your favorite morning treat (or if you are at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, grab them from the sky) and settle in for a brand new episode of Fastbreak Breakfast. A couple weeks after Nikola Jokic was questionably ejected (which was later rescinded), LeBron James was thrown out for the first time in his career. Then, out of nowhere, referee Courtney Kirkland was removed from his regular working rotation for being involved in a head-butting incident with Shaun Livingston.
