Jets at Broncos: Preview, prediction, odds and pick
By Brad Weiss
The Denver Broncos will play host to the New York Jets on Sunday, as they look to avoid their tenth loss of the season through their first 13 games.
The New York Jets won their sixth game of the season last week, as they beat the Kansas City Chiefs in front of their home fans at Metlife Stadium. On Sunday, the Jets will take on another AFC West team in the Denver Broncos, though they will have to hit the road for this one. Many believed this Jets team would be terrible this season, but they have been anything but, and could be even better than their 6-7 record suggests.
For Denver, they got out to a fast start to the season, and most believed they would challenge in a very tough AFC West. Well, that has not been the case, and suddenly through 12 games, they are staring down the barrel of a double-digit loss season. The offense has been a train-wreck throughout, as they have used three starting quarterbacks, and that is never a good thing no matter how you look at it.
This game does not have many playoff implications, but these are two very proud franchises who are looking to win as many games as possible down the home stretch. As it stands, both teams will be picking in the first ten picks of the 2018 NFL Draft, and both could be looking for a quarterback to lead them going forward. We will see Trevor Siemian under center for Denver on Sunday, but his time as the answer at the position in Denver is definitely coming to an end if he does not start showing more promise.
Odds
Line: Even
Over/Under: 41.0
This game is going to be so bad that the line is set to Even, as there is no true favorite heading into Sunday. The over/under is set at 41.0 points, and it will be interesting to see how these two teams get to that number. This line will change a lot throughout the week, so head on over to OddsShark.com for any changes up until kickoff.

Prediction
The Jets have turned a bunch of heads this season, and that trend will continue on Sunday. Quarterback Josh McCown has been the perfect addition to this team, as he has helped the young starters come along in their development. The Broncos should play good defense against the Jets offense, but McCown will make enough plays to pull out a solid road victory for Gang Green.
Final Score: Jets 21 Broncos 20
