The most shining example of this, however, is the Army-Navy game that’s played at the end of every college football regular season. In recent years, we’ve seen the Navy Midshipmen really be the superior of the two programs. However, the tides may be shifting in a big way nowadays. With that said, one of the most fun things about this rivalry matchup is just simply that these two teams play so similarly to one another. Both run non-traditional offenses, relying heavily on the option. As such, it’s a football game that you rarely see the likes of anywhere else in the country throughout a given season.
