ESPN’s College GameDay will make its final stop of the season at the Army vs. Navy game. Who will analyst Lee Corso choose with his last headgear pick of 2017?
On Saturday, Dec. 9, ESPN’s College GameDay will wrap up its final show of the regular season. It’s for the Army vs. Navy game, which takes place at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. This will be the marquee game of the weekend, as the conference championship matchups already happened, while the College Football Playoff field was set with Clemson, Oklahoma, Georgia and Alabama in the field. Before this, however, Rece Davis, Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard and other analysts will break down the game and the four playoff teams.
This also marks College GameDay’s final headgear pick of the season, with Corso doing his usual thing at 11:59 a.m. ET. It wraps up the show and sends fans into the day’s slate of games.
Corso coached at Navy from 1966-68 as its defensive backs coach. It was his last stop before becoming a head coach at Louisville, Indiana and Northern Illinois.
Will Corso choose Navy at the end of College GameDay? Of course, he did.

Army enters this game at 8-3. A bowl appearance was secured in November, so there won’t be a concern for the Black Knights. They’re led by dual-threat quarterback Ahmad Bradshaw. He attempted just 39 passes in the 2017 season but ran for over 1,400 yards.
As for Navy, it went 6-5, meaning a bowl game was wrapped up, too. This came after defeating SMU, 43-40. Dual-threat quarterback Zach Abey leads the team in passing and rushing as well, with over 2,000 all-purpose yards. Will he deliver one last performance to showcase himself before the season closes?
