DraftKings Main NBA picks December 10: Boogie or bust!
There are three games on Sunday night as well, so we have split DraftKings tournaments. We have to get creative to gain separation in this one with just six teams to choose from. There is all sorts of value here, and we will need it with the stars on the night slate.

The money line last night was way up to 292.75. I put two lineups above it, including one into the top 400. I built around LeBron and Nikola Vucevic with good value from Dunn and Mario Hezonja.
The winning lineup was down a bit to 364.75. The winning lineup was only 72 points ahead of the cash line. He used Giannis with Vucevic and got great value from Dunn, Simmons, and Dejounte Murray.

Point Guards
Best Bets:
Dennis Schroder ($7,900): Schroder had another good night last night, which puts him over 35 DraftKings points in five of the last six games and over 5x value in two of the last three. He put up 42 DraftKings points on the Knicks in the first meeting between these teams.
Jeff Teague ($6,500): Teague has racked up 73.75 DraftKings points in the first two games against Dallas this year. Teague finally looked back to his pre-Achilles form on Friday against the Clippers. The Timberwolves are notorious for playing their starters huge minutes, so Teague has a great chance at hitting value again.
Honorable Mention:
Rajon Rondo ($6,000): Rondo has been huge lately, averaging 36.6 DraftKings points per game in his last four games. He has put up good all around stat lines with 46 points, 39 assists, and 25 rebounds in that span. Rondoās strength is passing, but he is shooting well from the floor, and if he keeps rebounding like this, Rondo is severely underpriced.
J.J. Barea ($5,200): Barea saw an uptick in minutes with Dennis Smith Jr. out on Friday night. Smith is out again tonight, which means the veteran guard will see plenty of court time once again against his former team tonight. Barea hasnāt put up great numbers on Minnesota yet, but he only played 41 minutes in the first two games combined.
Dark Horses:
Jarrett Jack ($4,500): Jack lit up Atlanta for 37 DraftKings points in the first meeting. He still has good value so long as he is starting, but Frank Ntilikina has been eating into Jackās minutes little by little. I still like Jack against the weak Atlanta defense, but be aware that he may not play big minutes in the second night of a back to back.
Frank Ntilikina ($3,500): Ntilikina has three straight games with more than 20 minutes, and has put up 55.25 DraftKings points in that span. Those arenāt great numbers, but when you consider that you are spending near the minimum for that, Ntilikina is a pretty strong value play.
My pick: Rondo(PG), Jack(G)

Shooting Guards:
Best Bet:
Jimmy Butler ($7,800): Butler only put up 61.75 DraftKings points in two games against Dallas earlier this year, but that was before Butler got comfortable with his new team. Butler now has at least 40 DraftKings points in six of his last seven games. Dallas is one of the few teams that may be able to slow him down with their seventh ranked defense against shooting guards.
Jrue Holiday ($6,900): We saw Holidayās offensive production dip considerably with Davis back on Friday night. That will be the case going forward, but Holiday still puts in enough points to warrant consideration, especially on a short slate like tonight.
Honorable Mention:
Courtney Lee ($5,800): Lee has the ability to get hot at any time which makes him the guard to own with Tim Hardaway out. Lee has at least 5x value in four of the five games that the team has been without Hardaway. I like Lee as a strong mid-range option against the Hawks tonight. He put up 37 DraftKings points against them in the first meeting, and Hardaway was healthy for that one.
Kent Bazemore ($5,300): Bazemore has been the model of inconsistency this season. It has been really tough to roster him for DFS purposes lately since he has only hit 5x value three times in the last ten games. However, in two games against the Knicks this year, Bazemore has 69.75 DraftKings points. That makes him worth a look tonight.
Dark Horses:
EāTwaun Moore ($4,600): Moore has at least 5x value in five straight games. He is playing huge minutes for the Pelicans lately, and his defensive prowess makes him nearly a lock for 5x value. Moore is a strong value pick, but lacks upside so he may be better left for cash games.
Marco Belinelli ($4,100): Belinelli put up 28.5 DraftKings points in the first game with Knicks. Belinelli is a strong shooter off the bench who doesnāt need big minutes to put up big points. That makes him an intriguing DFS play.
My pick: Lee(SG), Moore(UTIL)

Small Forwards:
Best Bet:
Ben Simmons ($10,100): Simmons struggled against LeBron on Friday, but it should be much easier taking on either Darius Miller or Dante Cunningham tonight. Simmons has only been above 5x value in five of the last ten games, which makes him more of a risk than he used to be Still, Simmons is capable of putting up huge numbers on any given night.
Honorable Mention:
Harrison Barnes ($6,600): Just like Butler hadnāt really hit his stride when he played Dallas twice earlier this year, the same can be said for Barnes. Barnes has at least 5x value in seven of the last ten games, but he was only held under 28 DraftKings points once. Barnes is playing at a pretty high level right now, and is definitely worth consideration tonight.
J.J. Redick ($5,300): Redickās ability to knock down the outside shot with regularity has made him a rich man, and has added another dimension to the Philadelphia offense. That is why they targeted the veteran sharpshooter in the offseason. It has gone better than the Sixers could have expected. There is always a risk in playing someone that is only a shooter, but Redick also has the ability to crush value on any given night.
Dark Horses:
DeAndre Bembry ($3,700): Bembry has pushed his streak of more than 20 DraftKings points to four straight. Of course, it was against just two teams. That said, Bembry has another solid matchup against the Knicks, and he should have no problems playing half the game again.
Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot ($3,200): This is only in play if Robert Covington misses the game. Covington left last nightās game after taking a hard fall on his back going after a loose ball. His status wont be known for sure until closer to game time tomorrow, but it sure looks like he will be out for at least this game. The Sixers could decide to go big with Booker and Holmes against the massive Pelicans, so make sure you keep a close eye on this leading up to tip.
My pick: Redick(SF)

Power Forwards
Best Bet:
Kristaps Porzingis ($8,400): Porzingis has not been over 5x value since November 22nd, but he has a great chance to get there tonight against the depleted Hawks frontcourt. Davis did not look great in his return on Friday, and Philadelphia is in the top five in defense of power forwards. Therefore, I am passing on Davis again tonight.
Honorable Mention:
Taj Gibson ($6,100): Gibson put up 67.25 DraftKings points in the first two games against Dallas. The Mavs arenāt any better up front than they were then, so this looks like another strong night for Taj. He has produced when the matchup is right. This looks like one of those cases.
Dario Saric ($5,100): There is a chance that Saric could see a slight uptick in minutes if Covington is out. He is also the kind of player that could prove to be a bit of a matchup issue for the giants in the middle for the Pelicans. Saric has not been under 5x value in the last five games, and just once in the last nine. Saric is a strong value play tonight.
Dark Horses:
Ersan Ilyasova ($4,800): Ilyasova looked very good against Orlando for the beat up Hawks. He will continue to start at power forward for the near future. You never really know what the Knicks will throw out there, but you know that Ilyasova is one of the few tall, healthy bodies for the Hawks right now. That makes him worth a look.
Trevor Booker ($4,200): Booker picked up 26 DraftKings points in just 20 minutes in his Sixers debut with Embiid out. If Covington is out, I could see Booker having a similar, or perhaps a little larger, workload tonight. Booker could be an intriguing value play. We know what he can do when given minutes.
My pick: Gibson(PF)

Center:
Best Bet:
DeMarcus Cousins ($11,300): Embiid is not as much of a defensive force yet. The Sixers are in the middle of the pack against centers this year, and Boogie is the highest scoring center. Cousins has at least 50 DraftKings points in each of the last five games. I donāt see that streak ending tonight.
Joel Embiid ($9,900): The Pelicans are in the top five in the league in fantasy points allowed to centers, but Embiid is an elite offensive threat. Itās going to be fun to watch him against Cousins. Itās tough to play Embiid against Cousins, but if you do take the risk, Embiid likely wont be highly owned at all.
Honorable Mention:
Karl-Anthony Towns ($8,700): Towns picked up 88 DraftKings points in the first two games against Dallas. The Timberwolves have still allowed Towns to dominate weaker teams up front, but with all of the other offensive firepower on this team, itās a bit of a risk to rely on Towns. That said, Dallas is weak in the middle, and Towns took it to the Clippers his last time out.
Enes Kanter ($6,400): Atlanta is awful in the middle because of a lack of able bodies, but they werenāt all that great to begin with. Kanter missed the first game against the Hawks. Expect him to make up for lost time in this one. Kanter has only been under 30 DraftKings points once in the last five games.
Dark Horse:
Dirk Nowitzki ($4,700): Dirk has no upside anymore, but he has been in the 20ās for DraftKings points in all but two of the last 15 games. He is consistent production if you are in the market for that sort of thing.
My pick: Cousins(C), Kanter(F)
