Who wouldn’t want to watch all of the Star Wars movies before the premiere of The Last Jedi? Here’s where you can rent or stream the previous films.
The anticipation for Star Wars: The Last Jedi has reached fever pitch, and rightfully so. After the immense quality and success of The Force Awakens and then Rogue One, Episode XIII is expected to be full of big reveals, big twists and much more. Considering that we’re also talking about one of the most rabid and passionate fanbases in the world, it makes sense that people would be over the moon for this film that releases on Friday, Dec. 15.
With that being said, many of these fans always want to get as much Star Wars in their lives as humanly possible. For a great deal of them, that means binging the previously released movies ahead of the release of and seeing The Last Jedi.
Because of the value of these movies, though, finding them isn’t always as easy as you would hope. Sometimes you have to dig a bit to be able to watch the previous Star Wars films in the interest of watching them all before a new release. That’s where we’re here to help, offering up everywhere that you can watch them, be it through purchase, rental or streaming.
The most obvious option would be through Amazon and purchasing a digital copy. Though they do have The Force Awakens available to rent, that is the only Episode with that option. This also applies to similar services such as YouTube, iTunes and so on. The rest must be purchased to watch. If you’re just looking to stream, though, there are still other options.
Perhaps the best option lies with WatchTNT, TNT’s online service. As they have the broadcast rights to the films right now, you can stream them on demand with a cable or satellite subscription. Speaking of, if you have a Hulu Live TV subscription that includes TNT, you can also stream them on demand through Hulu as well.
