Monday’s installment of Scorpion keeps with the CBS show’s tradition of doing quirky holiday episodes by somewhat saluting the oldest Christmas story in the book — so here’s how to watch Scorpion online or watch Scorpion live so that you don’t miss the series’ version of Charles Dickens.
“A Christmas Car-roll” is, as the title indicates, Scorpion season 4’s version of the famous tale with Walter O’Brien (Elyes Gabel) in the role of Ebenezer Scrooge. You see, Walter would rather work on the day before Christmas than spend it with his friends and girlfriend Paige (Katharine McPhee), so TV fans get to see what his life would be like if none of them were ever in it. It’s not hard to see the lesson that the show’s trying to impart here at all.
But even if it may be a little obvious, this episode does also include guest spots by Kevin Weisman (Alias) and the returning Tina Majorino, so it should be a fun way for the show to close out the year while teaching Walter something. How will “A Christmas Car-roll” change him? Will we get any more random musical numbers? What is it with all these odd yet lovable holiday episodes this show comes up with? Oh, and LeVar Burton is directing.
