By John Buhler
The Tennessee Titans will host the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday afternoon in Week 16. Here is the game preview, the betting odds and a final score prediction.
We’ve made it to Week 16 of the 2017 NFL regular season. One of the games you will definitely want to watch this weekend will be between the Los Angeles Rams (10-4) and the Tennessee Titans (8-6). Kickoff from Nissan Stadium in Nashville will be at 1:00 p.m. ET on Dec. 24. Chris Myers and Daryl Johnston will have the game from the booth for FOX.
Los Angeles enters play at 10-4 on the year and in first place in the NFC West. The Rams would be the No. 3 seed in the NFC playoff picture if the season ended today. With one more win, the Rams would clinch not only their first division title, but playoff berth in the NFC since the 2004 NFL season.
Tennessee enters play at 8-6 on the year and in second place in the AFC South. The Titans would be the No. 5 seed in the AFC playoff picture if the season ended today. Tennessee is two games back of the Jacksonville Jaguars in the AFC South standings. Should the Titans win out, they will win the AFC South for the first time since the 2008 NFL season.

Over/Under: 47
According to OddsShark, the Titans will be getting 6.5 points at home from the visiting Rams. The associated moneylines for this game are Los Angeles -265 and Tennessee +250. This game’s over/under comes in at a combined 47 points.
Given the explosive nature of the Rams’ offense, let’s side with the over in this one. Look for the point total to go over 47 points on Sunday afternoon in Nashville. It’s strange to see two playoff-caliber teams going at it but the home team laying almost a touchdown.
Los Angeles is the better team and has a division crown on the line in this game. Look for several Todd Gurley runs to set up the sweet Jared Goff play-action to lead this Rams offense. Tennessee should be able to keep it interesting with a defensive touchdown on a scoop-and-score by Jurrell Casey.
