The Houston Rockets will travel to Oklahoma City to take on the Thunder, the fourth game on a jam-packed NBA Christmas slate. Here is how you can watch online.
The Oklahoma City Thunder will host the Houston Rockets, the fourth NBA game on Christmas Day this season. This was supposed to be a battle of two teams hoping to challenge the Warriors but only one of these teams has really looked the part. Houston went into the weekend 25-5 with the best record in the league. The Thunder were a disappointing a 16-15, having gone just 8-10 in games where the margin was less than five points at any time in the final five minutes.
Tipoff is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. ET on Dec. 25 at Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, OK. This game will be broadcast on ABC so NBA League Pass won’t cover you (for this or any other Christmas Day games this year).

The Houston Rockets have been an absolute juggernaut, with the seamless integration of Chris Paul. James Harden is playing like an MVP, Clint Capela is playing like an All-Star and Houston has lost just once in the games Paul has played. All together, they have the most efficient offense in the league and the seventh-most efficient defense.

The Thunder are still figuring out how to integrate their new additions — Paul George and Carmelo Anthony. Westbrook, George and Anthony are all shooting just barely above 40.0 percent from the field and Anthony, in particular, has struggled to find his place in the offense and defense. The Thunder’s penchant for losing close games has hurt them in the standings but they’re still a dangerous team and this Houston matchup could bring out the best in them.
