Charlotte Hornets

The Hornets split their home-and-home with the Bucks, taking advantage of the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo to pick up a much-needed win. They were able to pick up a win over the Knicks on a night where it seemed like Frank Kaminsky wasn’t going to miss unless he felt pity for the Knicks, finishing 10-for-13 for the game and 4-for-6 on 3-point attempts. The only good thing from the game against the Raptors was Jeremy Lamb, who exploded for 32 points off the bench, in a game that was decided in the second quarter. By the end of the week, the Hornets have slunk to a 12-21 record, with a 4-9 record in the month of December. They have to finish the month with games against the Celtics and Warriors, with a road game against the Clippers to close out 2017.
