The Golden State Warriors will host the Utah Jazz on Thursday night. Here is how to watch this Western Conference NBA game online via live streaming.
Wednesday night’s slate of NBA games will feature 20 of the 30 teams, including the Utah Jazz and Golden State Warriors, who will square off in a rematch of last season’s Western Conference semifinals.
Tipoff is scheduled for 10:30 p.m. EST (7:30 PST) on December 27, 2017 at Oracle Arena in Oakland, CA. NBC Sports Bay Area will carry the home Warriors’ broadcast while the Jazz feed will air on AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain. The game will also be picked up by NBA TV and can be streamed live on FuboTV.
The Warriors, now a Western Conference-best 27-7, are coming off a big Christmas Day win over the Cleveland Cavaliers in what was a potential Finals preview. Kevin Durant has stepped up in a big way over the last nine games, averaging nearly 30 points and nine rebounds to go with over three blocks and 5.6 assists per game in Steph Curry’s absence. It’s unclear exactly when Curry will return to the lineup, but the Warriors will be prudent with how they manage bringing him back, and it’s possible that Durant vaults himself firmly into the MVP discussion over the coming weeks.
Despite a hot stretch earlier in the season, the Jazz have fallen to 15-20 after hitting a brutally hard stretch of their schedule. Utah will be on the second night of a back-to-back after its game in Denver on Tuesday night and Rudy Gobert is expected to miss his sixth consecutive and 17th total game of the season with a sprained PCL and bone bruise on his tibia. Still, the Jazz remain just a few games outside the playoff picture, which is beginning to take more permanent form. Should they stay above water in Gobert’s absence, they could be primed to rattle off a win streak and stay in the discussion.

The Warriors ought to be heavy favorites in this game, even without Curry. A back-to-back involving games in Denver and the Bay is about as difficult a two-day stretch as an NBA team can face, especially one without its best player. Donovan Mitchell has been a revelation for the Jazz and is prone to get hot on any given night. A huge performance from him could propel Utah to victory, though the safer bet would be on Durant to explode.
After a relatively lackluster start to the season, Golden State is rounding into form, winning 12 of its last 13 contests. Throw Curry back into the mix, and this could be the greatest version of this era’s greatest team.
