DraftKings has brought the Euro League state side! They even have an app where we can watch the games that our picks are involved in! What I want to know is how long before Fox Sports starts airing these games live? Make it happen already!
The Euro league is a different animal. It is much more halfcourt oriented than the NBA game. The games are also eight minutes shorter. There are 16 teams in the Euro League instead of 30. That means a more shallow player pool to choose from!
Fading Doncic was not the best decision yesterday. Also, James Gist hardly playing hurt the bottom line as well.

Guards:
If we learned anything from the beginning of this round, it’s that fading one of the elite is always a risk. Therefore, I am having a hard time fading Alexey Shved today. There are a lot of forwards I want to play because of great matchups, but it’s really hard to do when paying top dollar for Shved.
Alexey Shved ($14,600): Here is what you get if you elect to put up nearly 1/3 of your cap for Shved. First off, this is a pretty good matchup against Barcelona Lassa. Shved struggled in the cross Moscow rivalry last round, but I warned of the horrible matchup that he had there. Prior to that, Shved had not been under 30 DraftKings points since November 14th. I can make a case for playing him, and I can make a case for not playing him. There is plenty of value at the guard position today.
James Feldeine ($9,200): Regardless of if I use Shved or not, I am putting Feldeine in my lineup(s). We saw him put up great numbers against Valencia and Efes, and those were bottom quarter of the league matchups. Now he gets the worst team against guards in Milan. This could be a big day for Feldeine.
Cory Higgins ($7,800): Nando de Colo has been losing minutes, and ultimately lost the start, to Higgins last round. Higgins responded with his biggest game of the year. Make sure to watch the Euroleague Twitter account for starting lineups. Higgins should start again, but getting information on Euro League starting lineups is even harder than doing so for the NBA. However, there is still late swap in these tournaments. The way it should be!
Daniel Hackett ($6,600): I’ll be honest. I’m not really crazy about any of the lower tier of guards today with the exception of Hackett. He has a nice matchup with Efes, and Hackett has three straight games with more than 20 DraftKings points. This should be his fourth.
Forwards:
Tornike Shengelia ($11,400): Rostering Shengelia with Shved is nearly impossible, and if I had to make the choice, it would be Shengelia today. He has not been below 20 DraftKings points since November 14th. Shengelia has averaged 33 DraftKings points per game over the last four rounds. That is even better than Shved! However, he doesn’t have quite the upside.
Krunoslav Simon ($8,500): Simon has played 64 minutes and put up 65.75 DraftKings points over the last two rounds. Simon is one of the few starters that plays most of the minutes. That is much less common in the Euro League than the NBA, so it is worth paying a premium for those players.
Vincent Poirier ($6,500): Poirier has been outstanding lately, putting up 100.25 DraftKings points in just the last three rounds. He is a huge value at this price, and Baskonia has been scoring a lot of points lately. Poirier is in one of my favorite spots today. I plan on pairing him with Shengelia. It may even be possible to cram Shved in there!
Tyler Honeycutt ($6,300): Honeycutt has been picking up a lot more minutes with Anthony Randolph out. He is a nice bargain price, but the production hasn’t been consistent. When you add to that the fact that this matchup with Barcelona is a tough one, and Honeycutt carries a lot of risk with his potential.
