Week 17 of the NFL regular season is upon us, and here is a lineup to use in this week’s FanDuel contests.

Once again, before I unveil my FanDuel lineup for Week 17, here are the results from Week 16.

Quarterback: Jameis Winston-13.28 points
Running Backs: Ezekiel Elliott-13.8 points, Devonta Freeman-4.6 points
Wide Receivers: Michael Thomas-8.6 points, Mike Evans-13.7 points, Sterling Shepard-7 points
Tight End: Eric Ebron-16.8 points
Kicker: Josh Lambo-6 points
Team Defense: Kansas City Chiefs-8 points

Across the board, a disappointment. The Winston-Evans stack sort of worked, but Winston’s turnovers diminished his point total. Ebron was the standout, which says it all as Freeman, Thomas (at less than 100 percent?) and Shepard fell short of even reasonable expectations.

To keep up with all of FanSided’s DFS NFL coverage, head over to the fantasy football hub where each week you can find a post like this tailored for DraftKings as well as one specifically designed for usage on FanDuel. In this post, all salary and “fantasy points” references are to the FanDuel scoring system (unless otherwise noted) and salaries. If you have any additional questions or thoughts, or are looking for updates as we approach kickoff, follow @FanSidedFantasy on Twitter or tweet me @bradberreman24.

As I try to end the season on a high note, here’s my FanDuel lineup for Week 17.

Quarterback: Matthew Stafford, Detroit Lions-$7,800

Despite being eliminated from the playoffs, Lions head coach Jim Caldwell has already said he has given no consideration to resting starters in Week 17 against the Green Bay Packers. That bodes well for all of the team’s key players from a fantasy and DFS perspective, and Stafford is at the front of that line.

Stafford had a poor day in Week 16 against the Cincinnati Bengals (19-for-35 for 203 yards). But prior to that he had multiple passing touchdowns in five of seven games, with 292 and 381 passing yards in the two games he had just one touchdown over that span. That run started in Week 9 against the Packers, when he went 26-for-33 for 361 yards and two touchdowns.

The Packers are a bottom-10 fantasy defense against quarterbacks (ESPN scoring), with multiple passing touchdowns allowed in four straight games from Week 12-Week 15. Weather will not be a factor in Ford Field on Sunday, so Stafford is in line to end the season on a very good note.
