Who will be on the call for the 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship Game on Monday night?

The 2017 season will officially culminate in the 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship Game on Monday night. The Alabama Crimson Tide and Georgia Bulldogs will battle it out for the top prize in college football.

Both of these schools have gotten where they are because of their dominant defenses and run-first style on offense. Now, the two conference foes will battle it out in the all-SEC final for a national championship.

With the biggest game of the year taking place on ESPN, the top broadcasting crew will be on hand to call this one. Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit will be up in the booth, while Maria Taylor and Tom Rinaldi are down on the sidelines.

This has been the go-to crew for a while now and Herbstreit and Fowler called the Rose Bowl between Georgia and Oklahoma this past week. Georgia now has their biggest test ahead of them if they want to bring home a National Championship.

Many expected them and Alabama to meet in the SEC Championship Game, but instead, they’re meeting in the same stadium for something bigger. It’s teacher taking on student, as Nick Saban will look to coach his way to a record-tying sixth national championship against former assistant Kirby Smart.

And of course, this game is loaded with top talent all over the place. There are plenty of top talents like Minkah Fitzpatrick, Calvin Ridley, Roquan Smith, Sony Michel, Nick Chubb and others set to take the national stage.

Who will come out on top and bring back a title to their program on Monday night? And will Chris Fowler deliver a call that will go down as one we will remember decades from now?
