More from DraftKings

The two best guards are in action on the same day yet again, but this time they play each other! Which one is the best option? Where is the value today? We have all of this and more as you construct your lineup!

The Euro league is a different animal. It is much more halfcourt oriented than the NBA game. The games are also eight minutes shorter. There are 16 teams in the Euro League instead of 30. That means a more shallow player pool to choose from!

Guards:

Today you can fade both Doncic and Shved. When they played each other earlier this season, Doncic had 26.75 DraftKings points and Shved had 33.25. You can get those numbers at a much lower price. Both Nemanja Nedovic and Kevin Pangos have better matchups. Nedovic has only been under 24 DraftKings points once in the last eight rounds. Pangos put up 34 in the first meeting with Unicaja.

James Feldeine was outstanding in the first game against Efes, putting up 41.75 DraftKings points. The problem here, of course, is the inconsistency of Feldeine. Taylor Rochestie may be a better option because of his consistency.

If I’m plucking from this tier, it will be Vassilis Spanoulis. Spanoulis was a little rusty in his first two rounds, but he has at least 20 DraftKings points in the last four.

Facundo Campazzo has been very good over the last four rounds, and he can get you 20 DraftKings points for a reasonable price. Campazzo may have a little better upside, but Ray McCallum has six straight games of 20 or more DraftKings points, and he is cheaper yet.

Vangelis Mantzaris was outstanding with Strelnieks playing just seven minutes last week. Strelnieks is not traveling with the team this week, so it’s all systems go on Mantzaris. He is going to be a great value at a very low price!

NEW YORK, NY – DECEMBER 03: Tornike Shengelia #20 of the Brookly(Photo by Maddie Meyer/Getty Images) /

Forwards:

Tornike Shengelia has been one of the best players, and the best big man, in the Euro League over the last several rounds. Shengelia has at least 28 DraftKings points in each of the last six rounds. One glance at this says avoid since Olympiacos is the best team in the league defending the frontcourt. That said, Shengelia put up 26.25 DraftKings points on Olympiacos the first time around.

As I mentioned yesterday, the middle tier is littered with great options. Bryant Dunston put up 27.75 DraftKings points in the first meeting with Belgrade. When the matchup is right, Dunston is a great play. So are teammates Vladimir Stimac and Krunoslav Simon. All three had at least 20 DraftKings points in the first meeting with Belgrade.

Khimki is statistically the worst team in the league defending forwards. That means Trey Thompkins and Felipe Reyes are very good plays. If you’re feeling froggy, Tavares and Rudy Fernandez are solid options as well.

Mathias Lessort put up 29.25 DraftKings points in the first meeting with Belgrade this year. Lessort has also been within two points of 20 DraftKings points in each of the last four rounds. Lessort makes a solid mid range option.

Look out for Tyler Honeycutt. Honeycutt has at least 22 DraftKings points in each of the last three rounds. He has been about the only interior threat for Khimki recently. Well, unless you count the monster from Malcolm Thomas against Bamberg last round. Thomas had 41.75 DraftKings points in that one, or 12.5 more than he had in the previous three rounds combined.

Aaron White continues to be a nice value play, but in this tier I prefer Nemanja Dangubic. Dangubic has been in double digit DraftKings points in every game since the end of November. If you decide to use Doncic or Shved, Dangubic and Mantzaris are great options.
