Chelsea are coming off a midweek game against Arsenal in the Carabao Cup. The 0-0 draw included all of the first team players as Antonio Conte chose to not rest any of the usual starters like Eden Hazard and Alvaro Morata. Perhaps that could mean some of these starters get a break against Leicester on Saturday. With how out of reach the Premier League title is, Chelsea seem to be focusing on the other competitions. All they need is a top four finish to ensure a Champions League spot next season.

Since appointing Claude Puel, Leicester have been playing much better. In their last five games however, the foxes have only won twice. They sit in eighth place with 30 points and are firmly in the upper half of the league. The continual saga surrounding Riyad Mahrez will be a story line to watch in this match up, especially with Chelsea’s interest in the winger. Could this be the final audition for Mahrez? This could in fact be his last match with Leicester.
