Ben Whishaw, Q, has more or less announced that he will be returning for Bond 25. Evidently, however, he has not heard much in terms of the development of the film. He said,

    One of Daniel Craig’s bodyguards has told a wild tale.Ā Ā During filming of Spectre in Venice.Ā Mino Zangrando says he had to protect actress Monica Belucci from a crazed fan wielding a knife. Apparently, the fan also carried a love letter for her.

    In New York City last week, Daniel Craig hosted a screening and reception for Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. Director Martin McDonagh attended the event.

    Black PantherĀ director Ryan Coogler mentioned that his interpretation of the Marvel character was influenced by James Bond. Said Coogler, in an interview withĀ Fandango:

    "(We) watched a lot of theĀ James BondĀ films, but not the new ones. I wanted to watch the ones that were made in the ’60s and ’70s. I watchedĀ GoldfingerĀ for the first time, and I just thought it was really interesting in terms of how James Bond was handy."

    Black Panther hits theaters this week.
