NBA Power Rankings: The Heat are looking good

Milwaukee Bucks. 13. team. 89. . . Previous: 10th
The Bucks tripped all over themselves on Monday in their first game of the week, with incredibly poor execution on offense that left them on the wrong side of a 29-point lead. Khris Middleton had 19 points, but it was a game that quickly became a “let’s watch the first half and then never talk about it again” game. They rebounded against the lowly Orlando Magic, grinding out a 110-103 win on a night where they only converted four 3-point field goal attempts. Khris Middleton, Eric Bledsoe and Malcolm Brogdon each had double-digit points, five or more rebounds, and four or more assists, and Giannis took care of the rest.
The Bucks couldn’t stop the Warriors on offense, giving up 58 points on a night when their opponent attempted just 15 3-point shots. Antetokounmpo got into foul trouble, and still managed to play a hefty 36 minutes. The Bucks’ week ended on a sour note, in a discouraging loss to the Miami Heat, 97-79. None of the Bucks reserves scored more than three (3) points, and the team could only muster 36 points in the second half. Might be time to start worrying about losing that pick to the Suns, despite their best efforts to attach pick protections.
