The Good Doctor shows fans the second part of its cliffhanger this week — so here’s how to watch The Good Doctor live Monday to find out how ABC‘s hit medical drama concludes its story.

“Islands, Part Two” picks up where last week’s episode left off, with The Good Doctor season 1 making fans wonder about the future of Dr. Shaun Murphy (Freddie Highmore, fresh off his Golden Globe nomination). Shaun wouldn’t really leave the hospital, would he? If he did, there wouldn’t be a show, right? But he certainly seems determined to make a major life change.

There are still patients to be treated at the hospital, though, and the ambitious surgery that the rest of the team undertook in Shaun’s absence isn’t working out as plan. Can the doctors rally and save the twins, or will their major risk turn into a major failure? Watch The Good Doctor online or live Monday to see how everyone makes out after these huge plot twists.

"The twins suffer complications from their surgery forcing the team at San Jose Boneventure Hospital to make a life-changing decision. Meanwhile, Dr. Shaun Murphy returns to the hospital after his trip with Lea and decides he needs a more permanent change and gives Dr. Aaron Glassman his two weeks’ notice."
