More from DraftKings

Forward is pretty weak tonight, so we can buy any guards we want and fill in the rest with mid range forwards.

The Euro league is a different animal. It is much more halfcourt oriented than the NBA game. The games are also eight minutes shorter. There are 16 teams in the Euro League instead of 30. That means a more shallow player pool to choose from!

Guards:

Alexey Shved has a tough matchup, but only CSKA has held Shved under 30 DraftKings points in the last 12 rounds. Even Olympiacos surrendered 36.75 DraftKings points to Shved in the first matchup. If you play on paying up for anyone, it should be Shved.

Kevin Pangos has over 25 DraftKings points in each of the last ten rounds with the exception of one matchup: the one against today’s opponent Valencia. If that scares you off, Taylor Rochestie has a great matchup and has more than 45 DraftKings points in two of the last three games. Thomas Huertel is also in a good position, but at this tier, I think I prefer the consistency of Vassilis Spanoulis.

James Feldeine had a great game in the first matchup against Tel Aviv, but his inconsistency makes him tough to rely on, even in good matchups. I would prefer to save $1,200 and go with Daniel Hackett’s seven straight games of more than 20 DraftKings points. Feldeine has a lot of upside though.

For you bargain hunters, Stan Van Rossom continues to play very well. SvR has 74 DraftKings points over the last three games. Vasilije Micic is tempting as well, but he isn’t playing nearly as well as Van Rossom. When it comes down to it, Arturas Milaknis is a better option than Micic right now, and he is quite a bit cheaper.

Forwards:

I don’t really like any of the top forwards tonight, which makes it easy to spend up on Shved. Dorell Wright has struggled, Jankunas hasn’t had consistent minutes, and Honeycutt has a very tough matchup. I’m hoping that Jonah Bolden plays because he is easily the best option at forward today.

The inconsistency of Georgios Printezis makes him tough to use, but he did put up 22.5 on Khimki in the first meeting. Adam Hanga and Milko Bjelica both have nice matchups and have been playing pretty well lately, but in this tier I prefer the consistency of Tibor Pleiss.

Bojan Dubljevic had 27.5 DraftKings points in the first meeting with Zalgiris. Dubljevic is worth using when the matchup is right. It looks to be here. Dubljevic played 27 minutes against Barcelona on Tuesday. He could do the same tonight.

DeShaun Thomas torched Belgrade for 38.75 DraftKings points in the first meeting. However, consistent production has been a problem. If you are looking for a dart throw, this is it. In this tier though, Adrien Moerman is averaging 20 DraftKings points per game over the last four rounds.

Aaron White has been a good source of value lately, but tonight I prefer Aaron Doornekamp or Jamel McLean for roughly the same price. Artsiom Parakhouski has been a great value over the last few rounds, but his poor performance on Tuesday could keep ownership down. I hope it does because Parakhouski has a good matchup tonight. So does Hollis Thompson if you need the extra few hundred.
