UFC 220 is one of the most anticipated UFC cards of 2018, with two title fights. Here is everything you need to know about UFC 220 and how you can watch it.

UFC 220 is the most anticipated fight card since UFC 217 in November 2017. The card is headlined by two title fights. Heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic defends his title against Francis Ngannou, in a fight featuring two of the most dangerous knockout artists in the UFC. In the second title fight, light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier defends his championship against Volkan Oezdemir.

The heavyweight fight between Miocic and Ngannou is one of the biggest heavyweight fights in the history of the UFC. Miocic has won five straight fights, all by knockout, with four of his fights not lasting past the first round. In his last two title defenses, Miocic knocked out Junior dos Santos and Alistair Overeem, both in the first round. Ngannou is 11-1 in his career, with all 11 wins finishes. The only loss on Ngannou’s record was in his second career fight. Since joining the UFC, Ngannou has won six straight fights, winning five with knockouts and one with a submission. In his last fight, Ngannou scored one of the most impressive knockouts in UFC history, knocking Overeem out in less than two minutes at UFC 218.

In the other title fight, Cormier will make his first title defense since UFC 214. At UFC 214, Cormier was knocked out by Jon Jones but was reinstated as champion after Jones failed a drug test. Prior to his fight at UFC 214, Cormier had won four straight fights, successfully defending his championship three times. Oezdemir made his UFC debut in 2017 and went from a hardly known fighter to title contender. In his first fight, Oezdemir scored a decision win over Ovince Saint Preux and followed that win up with knockout wins against Misha Cirkunov and Jimi Manuwa in a combined 70 seconds.

The rest of the UFC 220 card features four featherweight fights, including Calvin Kattar facing Shane Burgos on the main card. Bantamweights Thomas Almeida and Rob Font kick off the pay-per-view in a fight between ranked contenders.
