Chicago Bulls

Send: Nikola Mirotic

Receive: Mo Harkless

The Bulls don’t want anything to do with Mirotic’s second contract, and although he’s been effective for them off the bench, they could use another athletic wing player as they build for the future.

The Bulls have wing talent in LaVine and Nwaba, but adding someone like Harkless opens the door for future moves. The whole league wants wings, and as the Bulls rebuild, having a lot of options at that position puts them in a strong negotiating position. They can’t be dealing with Mirotic’s $12.5 million salary next seasn, and pass that decision on to the Trail Blazers.
