9. Adam “Pac Man” Jones

A very talented cornerback for the Cincinnati Bengals, Adam Jones would be a perfect fit for the XFL. if the criminal record policy turns out not to be a strict rule. He plays the game with an edge and is no stranger to controversy. He’s never met an opponent that he won’t trash talk and his brash attitude would be an easy sell. The XFL needs defensive players too and Jones is on the downside of his career. He’s had plenty of run ins with law enforcement during his career and maybe McMahon will hold firm on his stated policy. It also wouldn’t be surprising if the XFL gave him the “clean slate” treatment in a couple of years and allowed him to continue to play.

Jones has never been picky about who he talks about. After the infamous Bengal meltdown against the Steelers in the playoffs, Jones took to social media to blame “Jerry Porter” for being on the field and that was the cause of the Bengals getting flagged. For the record, Steelers linebackers coach Joey(not Jerry) Porter was on the field and Jones and his team freaked out and started a scuffle. He’s also used a trash can as a prop to say an opposing receiver was garbage, among other adventures. He’s the exact type of loud mouth that will draw eyeballs to the screen and his level of play should still be pretty good in 2020.
