High Value SG

Lance Stephenson, IND at CLE ($4,600): Stephenson is as inconsistent as they come, but anyone who knows Lance, knows that he always relishes the opportunity to go up against LeBron James. He relishes it even more when James’ team is struggling on both ends of the floor. He had 41.75 fantasy points against the Cavaliers on Jan. 12. I doubt he hits that number, but his low salary makes him easy to fit into your lineup and he should be over value given the matchup. ****

Courtney Lee, NY at PHO ($5,300): Despite the back-to-back, at this price with this matchup, Lee is a solid bet. His worst games of the season have come in back-to-back situation, but I’m willing to overlook that considering the opponent. He had 25.25 fantasy points against the Suns on Nov. 3. He needs 23 fantasy points to hit value on Friday. He’s been a consistent play all season, but if the back-to-back scares you, I do like both Houston guards (Trevor Ariza and Eric Gordon) given their opportunities and low cost. ***

Kyle Anderson, SA vs PHI ($5,600): Anderson missed value against the Grizzlies, posting 22.25 fantasy points in that one. The Spurs were on a back-to-back and Anderson played only 28 minutes as the Spurs ran away with thing by the fourth, so that could be a reason why his value was down. He had 29.25 fantasy points against the Sixers on Jan. 3. I like the way Anderson is playing as the starter in San Antonio and I like the Spurs system as a whole. He needs 24.3 fantasy points to hit value on Friday. I think he’ll be slightly over that number. ***
