High Value SF

Trevor Ariza, HOU at NO ($5,100): Ariza has been over value in three of his last four. He’s been consistent for the majority of the season, hitting value in 69 percent of games. If this one is the offensive showdown that I think it’ll be, Ariza should do his part in contributing. He gets plenty of shot attempts in the Houston offense and he’s made them more often than not in recent games. He helps hit value with his rebounding ability. I like him to be slightly over value. ***

Larry Nance Jr., LAL at CHI ($5,300): As long as Nance Jr. is going to play, I’m comfortable in saying he’ll produce. The Bulls have struggled against bigs in recent contests. They are 18th against small forwards in their last 15 games. Nance Jr. has posted 26.25 fantasy points in each of his last two games. He’s bringing a lot of energy off the bench and has been a catalyst for the Lakers turning it around a bit in recent contests. I like him to be over value again on Friday. ***

Thaddeus Young, IND at CLE ($5,800): Young has been over value in four of his last five. He had 25.75 fantasy points against the Cavaliers on Jan. 12. In three games against Cleveland this season, he’s averaging 33.3 fantasy points. He needs 25.4 fantasy points to hit value on Friday. As you know, I love the matchup on Cleveland and expect big nights from multiple players on the Pacers. Unless the Cavaliers have some dramatic turnover, you have to grab at least one Indiana player for your lineup. ****
