After all of the build-up to the main event, Shinsuke Nakamura pulled out the win in this year’s Royal Rumble. Here’s how Twitter felt about the victory.

While the match may not have main evented on Sunday night, the men’s Royal Rumble match did not disappoint in Philadelphia. In the end, Shinsuke Nakamura came out victorious out of the 30 competitors, eliminating Roman Reigns and earned himself a shot at the WWE title at WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans.

The match found itself in the middle of the show, so there wasn’t a ton of pressure put on WWE to make sure something drastic happened to close out the night, with the Women’s Royal Rumble waiting in the shadows. The move to put this in right after the first hour may have shocked some people, but fans on Twitter were still incredibly entertained.
