FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – January 31, 2018

High Value PG
Jerian Grant, CHI at POR ($5,900): The Blazers are 19th against the position in their last 15 games and on a back-to-back. Grant has been up-and-down as the starter, but I like him at this salary. And I love him based on the circumstances. Lauri Markkanen won’t play and Nikola Mirotic may not play. That means Grant should see an increase in usage. He needs 24.6 fantasy points to hit value. I like him to be just over that number. ***
Terry Rozier, BOS vs NY ($5,100): Rozier has been over value in three straight contests. As long as Marcus Camrt is out of the lineup, I’m going to love Rozier as a second option who can exceed value. He’s the only other reliable guard behind Kyrie Irving and can put up good numbers in all categories. The Knicks are on a back-to-back and Rozier is averaging 23 fantasy points in two games against them this season. He should be over 25 fantasy points on Wednesday given the circumstances. ****
Tyler Johnson, MIA at CLE ($5,000): Johnson posted 23.1 fantasy points in 28 minutes against the Mavericks on Monday. I don’t know for certain that he’ll play 30 minutes on Wednesday, but if he does, he should have no issue posting big numbers. The Cavaliers are 28th against the position in their last 15 games and on a back-to-back. Johnson isn’t a big scorer, but he puts up solid numbers in all categories. And at this price, he’s an effective cost saving option who should be 7-plus fantasy points over value. ****
