Real Madrid are starting to look like the team that won back to back Champions League titles after back to back blow out wins against Deportivo de La Coruña and Valencia. Zinédine Zidane’s side have scored 11 goals over the past two games. Cristiano Ronaldo has scored four goals in the last two games, including two last weekend against Valencia. Zidane’s decision to reunited Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, and Karim Benzema at the top of the formation has reinvigorated Madrid’s attack. Toni Kroos was excellent last weekend against Valencia, controlling the midfield and picking apart Valencia’s defense with passes.
