NFL Schedule 2018 release date

With the 2018 NFL season starting in September, when will the regular season schedule be released?
Unless you’re a Patriots or Eagles fan, you’re going to be watching Super Bowl 52 in spite. You’re rooting for one of the 30 teams that didn’t make the big game and are faced with an early offseason. Free agency and the NFL draft are now the top priorities as it’s all hands on deck for the 2018 season.
The offseason seems to always drag on but next season will be here in the blink of an eye. Eager fans are waiting to see their team’s schedules and how they’ll match up in a new year. So with that being said, when will the 2018 schedule be officially released?
It’s hard to say exactly at this point in the offseason. No official date has been announced by the NFL. But going off past release dates, fans can expect the schedule to come out sometime in mid-April. Anywhere between the 17th and 19th of the month is the anticipated release date.
While the schedule hasn’t been officially released, teams already know their list of opponents.
This isn’t just an exciting moment for fans but for coaches and players alike. This is what really feels like the start of a new season. When Week 1 matchups are finalized, it’s go-time. Teams then have the entire offseason to gameplan for their first game. It’s always important to start the season off on the right foot and gain the momentum heading into the other 15 games. Every single win counts and it could be the difference between a playoff berth or a front row seat on the couch.
Every team heads into the 2018 season with Super Bowl expectations and will be waiting anxiously for their upcoming schedule.
