Monday’s installment is called “Identity Crisis” because it deals with a case of mistaken identity. Something goes very wrong in the ER, leading to Conrad (Matt Czuchry) telling the wrong family their relative has died when he hasn’t, and the right family having no clue that their loved one has passed away. Needless to say, Conrad takes this personally and is determined to set things right. And if you ever watched Matt Czuchry on The Good Wife, you know this will be a good episode because he’s never better than when he gets to play a man on a mission.

"After a mix-up in the ER causes Conrad to deliver a death notification to the wrong family, he sets out to fix it. Meanwhile, Nic struggles to find a patient’s records who has been under Lane’s care, Devon forms a bond with an elderly patient and Mina is benched after overreaching in the surgical unit."
