. F/C. Duke. Marvin Bagley Jr.. 6. player. 156

I can’t wait for another gifted young person like Bagley to come through the Cavaliers organization and be treated as savior. It went so well in 2003.

Bagley is the exact type of player you can sell your fan base on — a legitimate player of the year candidate and someone who would get consideration for the first overall pick in another draft. His statistics jump off the page, with over 20 points and 11 rebounds per game on a crowded, elite roster.

He is also making tons of progress. As a freshman, Bagley has become more comfortable quickly, shooting more 3s than he did early in the season and showing a more consistent impact on defense.

The simple act of comparing Bagley to Amar’e Stoudemire has become a troll. Doing so basically depends on how you feel about Stoudemire.

But Stoudemire came in and was a Rookie of the Year out of high school. Bagley has that potential for an out-of-control Suns team.
