The NBA Trade Deadline could get crazy today. Here’s a few extra crazy deals we’re rooting for.

The trade deadline is one of the most fascinating events on the NBA calendar. Although it doesn’t always produce fireworks, the buildup to the deadline supplies NBA junkies with more than enough intrigue, speculation and wild roster construction ideas.

The lead up to the 2018 deadline has been fairly quiet so far. With the exception of the monstrous Blake Griffin trade, no blockbusters appear to be on the way. The earlier deadline date may be throwing things into limbo a bit. Without the buffer of the All-Star break, less discussions have occurred between front offices. Of course, deals always materialize as the pressure mounts before the 3 pm deadline.

As the deadline quickly approaches, concocting crazy trades is a fun and often useful exercise. Here are a few wild deals that could spice up the league while also benefiting the teams involved.
