Marquese Chriss, PHO vs DEN ($4,400): Chriss was one of the few Phoenix players who wasn’t a complete embarrassment against the Spurs, largely due to his 10 rebounds. If Tyson Chandler is back, that could limit Chriss’ minutes. Dragan Bender is available for the same price if Chandler is back and Bender starts at power forward. Bender would see more opportunities in the starting lineup in that case. If both guys start, Chriss is my personal preference. It’s honestly a coin toss as to who will perform better. ***
Marcin Gortat, WAS at CHI ($5,100): Gortat was spoon-fed 32.5 fantasy points against the Celtics. He’s been more miss than hit this season, reaching value in 45 percent of games. He had 16.25 fantasy points against the Bulls on Dec. 31.The Bulls are 26th against the position in their last 15 games. If Markieff Morris is out, Gortat should see expanded minutes. If Morris is able to play, he’s likely not worth the risk, unless you’re playing a high risk-high reward lineup. **
John Henson, MIL at ORL ($5,300): Henson has been solid in back-to-back games this season. He didn’t perform well against the Heat, but Miami wasn’t about to lose in Dwyane Wade’s return. Shaq isn’t walking through that door for Orlando. Although that would make life easier for the Bucks if he did. Henson should return to form on Saturday, collecting points and rebounds. He had 33.75 fantasy points against the Magic on Jan. 10.
