Men’s speedskating 1500-meter final happens early on the morning of Feb. 13. Here’s how to watch online and with live stream.

Looking to watch the 1500-meter men’s speedskating finals online? NBC is your source for streaming the 2018 Winter Olympic Games and the network’s online hub for the Olympics can direct you to streams for all the channels showing the Olympics (NBC, CNBC, NBCSN, USA, Olympic Channel, etc.). If you plan to watch online, services like FuboTV offer access to network TV (like NBC!) without the necessary cable subscription and log-in information.

The 1500m men’s speedskating final occurs at 6 a.m. ET on Feb. 13. During the nearly two-hour time slot, skaters will race in qualifiers and then the finals. Medals will be awarded immediately after the final race.

Crazy-dominant skaters for the Netherlands are expected to place in the 1500m speedskating final, with Koen Verweij and Kjeld Nuis the favorites for silver and bronze, respectively. The gold medal favorite is the Russian Denis Yuskov, who will compete for the Olympic Athletes of Russia.

Yuskov apparently thought he was going to soccer practice at his first speedskating training session, which makes not a lick of sense. He has also served bans for doping, but apparently passed the IOC screening for Russian athletes in 2018. Perhaps the gold medal is free for the Dutch’s taking after all.

Joey Mantia, Shani Davis and Brian Hansen will compete in the 1500-meter for the Americans. Mantia is considered a medal contender and is the reigning world champion in the new Olympic event of the mass start. Davis is appearing in his fifth Winter Olympics. He previously won back-to-back gold medals in the 1000m and back-to-back silvers in the 1500m in Turin 2006 and Vancouver 2010.
