Looks like you are going to have to get up bright and early in the United States for what looks to be a full day’s worth of Olympic Biathlon action. Monday features both the men and women competing for medals in the third and fourth events in the biathlon at the 2018 Pyeongchang.
The first event on the docket for Feb. 12 will be the Women’s 10km pursuit. It will begin at 5:10 a.m. ET, 7:10 p.m. KT at the Alpensia Biathlon Centre in Pyeongchang, South Korea. The available live streams can be found on both NBCOlympics.com and on FuboTV.

While it was Germany’s Laura Dahlmeier who took home the gold in the Women’s 7.5km sprint on Saturday, the United States of America failed miserably in the first biathlon event of the 2018 Winter Olympics. The best finisher for America was Emily Dreissigacker, who came in 51st place out of 87 competitors. The United States had four women competing in the Women’s 7.5km sprint, but all finished in the bottom half of the standings.
Well, maybe the United States is more of an endurance team in the Olympic Biathlon? Or at least, let’s hope so. The women have never medaled in this Winter Olympic sport to date. This has not been the United States’ forte, but we have to believe that America will break through at some point.

If they do at the 2018 Pyeongchang Games, we will be here for you to help celebrate. No, it will not be easy, but if the women can shoot better than they did on Saturday, then they have a real chance at medaling. Do keep in mind that only two competitors got through the shooting part of the Women’s 7.5km sprint unscathed Saturday, including Dahlmeier. Be sure to tune in to NBCSN at 5:10 a.m. ET to not miss a second of the Women’s 10km pursuit on Monday morning.
