Adrien Broner has reportedly found himself in more trouble after being arrested at an Atlanta mall.
Boxer Adrien Broner was arrested on Monday night in Atlanta, Georgia.
Broner, who is scheduled to fight Omar Figueroa Jr. on April 21, was charged with misdemeanor sexual battery after a woman accused him of inappropriately touching her at the Lenox Mall.

Black Sports Online reported that several witnesses saw Broner grope the woman at a Louis Vuitton store in the mall. BSO reached out to the Atlanta Police Department on Monday night and were given a few more details on the arrest.
"On February 12, 2018 Atlanta Police Units were dispatched to 3393 Peachtree Road in reference to a sexual battery. Upon arrival, units spoke with the victim who advised that she had been inappropriately groped by a male later identified as Mr. Adrien Broner. Mr. Broner denied the accusations and after being interviewed was charged with Misdemeanor Sexual Battery and transported to Fulton County Jail without incident. At this time there is no additional information to provide regarding this case."
Broner had recently spent time in jail for contempt of court after failing to appear for his trial on felony robbery and assault charges stemming from an incident back in January 2016. The 27-year-old had two fights in 2017, which included a split-decision win over Adrian Granados in February, and in his most recent appearance, lost to Mikey Garcia by unanimous decision back in April.

The April fight with Figueroa Jr. is scheduled to take place at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, the same arena where Broner was defeated by Garcia last summer. There has been no word whether Monday night’s arrest will impact whether or not the fight will take place.
Figueroa Jr. is unbeaten and defeated Robert Guerrero via third-round TKO in his last fight in July 2017.
