How to watch Disney Channel original film online via live stream or old-school on your TV:

Date: Friday, Feb. 16
Start Time: 8:00 p.m. ET / 7:00 p.m. Central
TV Channel: Disney Channel

Zombies is directed by Paul Hoen, who also directs the Disney Channel series Andi Mack that premiered last April. It was co-written by David Light and Joseph Raso. Light and Raso previously co-wrote 2012’s Zombies and Cheerleaders, which is more or less uses the same essential concept and characters. One can look at Zombies as a kind of reboot at a time when The Walking Dead is one of television’s hottest rated properties.

The Disney Channel original movie had its soundtrack composed by none other than George S. Clinton. You might recall Clinton composed the heavy hitting soundtrack to the first Mortal Kombat film, and well as the iconic soundtracks to Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me and Austin Powers in Goldmember. That’s just to name a few of a storied career.

This Friday it’s “Zoms vs Poms” on Disney Channel’s Zombies at 8:00 p.m. ET. The Zombie students will likely be a bit resentful considering the film’s description states they were previously “required to live in Zombietown, an isolated, rundown community”, despite posing “no threat”. We’ll find out if Addison and Zed’s love will conquer all.
