With 15 games remaining in the season, Barcelona have a commanding seven-point lead over Atletico Madrid in the Liga table. On Saturday, Barcelona travel to Ipurua Municipal Stadium to play Eibar. The Gunsmiths are seventh in La Liga, with 35 points, fighting for one of the final spots in Europe next season.

Since returning from the November international break, few teams have been as hot as Eibar. The Gunsmiths have lost only once since Nov. 20, picking up 27 points in 12 games. The turnaround by the club has been remarkable after it looked like they would be a relegation candidate after picking up eight points in their first 11 games. However, while Eibar are seventh in the table, they have struggled to defend this season, allowing the seventh most goals this season. Offensively, the Gunsmiths are in the top half of the league, with Charles leading the club with six goals.

While Barcelona have not lost in La Liga this season, they have dropped points in their last two games, drawing with Espanyol and Getafe. After failing to score against Getafe last weekend, Barcelona have given hope to Atletico Madrid who two weeks ago looked out of the title race. Barca will lean on Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez to get back to their winning ways. The duo have combined to score 36 of the club’s 60 La Liga goals this season. However, Ernesto Valverde could decide to rest some of his key starters ahead of the team’s Champions League clash midweek against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
