Olympics Snowboarding Women’s Big Air qualifying live stream, start time, TV channel

Here is how you can watch the snowboarding men’s big air qualifying at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang at the 2018 Winter Olympics.

The snowboarding big air event is making it’s Winter Olympics debut at the 2018 Pyeongchang games. The women get their first crack at the event on Tuesday, Feb. 20 for qualifying. First are is the qualification round, each women getting two runs at the single jump. The top 12 riders will advance to the final.

Riders will get three runs in the final round. The best two scores from a competitor will be added together for the final result to determine the medalists. Six judges will score the runs based on a variety of criteria like difficulty, execution, amplitude and landing.

Team USA has sent four women to compete int he Big Air event: Jamie Anderson, Julia Marino, Hailey Langland and Jessika Jenson. Marino and Langland are the Team USA’s best shot at medals in the Big Air, and both are first-time Olympians.

Langland, 17, is ranked second in the 2016/17 WST big air ranking. Marino, 20, is ranked fifth in the 2016/17 WST big air ranking. Anderson, the eldest at a young 27, is ranked sixth in the 2016/17 WST big air ranking.

The event will be aired on NBC at 12:35 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 19. To watch the event live fans will have to stream on NBC Sports Live 7:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, Feb. 18.
