Memphis nearly fought back from a 22-point deficit in the second half against Oklahoma City, getting a career-high 28 points from former Kentucky Wildcat guard Andrew Harrison in a 121-114 loss to the Thunder. “They could’ve easily laid down, packed it in and got ready for vacation. But you see time and time again, that’s not their makeup,” J.B. Bickerstaff said. “That’s not who they are.” A 3-pointer from Tyreke Evans made it 115-114 Thunder with about 40 seconds left, but Carmelo Anthony canned a 3-pointer on the next possession to give OKC a four point lead. Westbrook blocked Evans layup after a Grizzlies timeout, and then Harrison was ejected from the game for picking up his sixth foul, and his second technical of the game for good measure.
