Clippers at Warriors live stream info: How to watch online
By Ben Ladner
The Golden State Warriors will host the Los Angeles Clippers on Thursday night. Here is how to watch this Western Conference NBA game online via live streaming.
After an action-packed All-Star break, the NBA returns to regular-season play on Thursday night, when 12 teams will return to the court. Among them are the Los Angeles Clippers and Golden State Warriors, whose showdown in the Bay Area will cap off the night’s action.
Tipoff is slated for 10:30 p.m. EST (7:30 PST) on Feb. 22, 2018 at Oracle Arena in Oakland, California. The game will be televised nationally on TNT and locally on NBC Sports Bay Area. It can also be streamed online via FuboTV.
The Warriors were well-represented in the All-Star game, with Steph Curry, Kevin Durant, Draymond Green and Klay Thompson all playing on Sunday. But surprisingly, Golden State enters the home stretch of the season with the second-best record in the NBA, trailing the Houston Rockets by a half game in the West. Still, the widespread expectation is that the Warriors will ramp up their intensity and focus as the playoffs draw nearer. They rank ninth in defense and second in offense, both areas in which this team is capable of being the best in the league.
The Clippers, on the other hand, did not have an All Star, and were represented by Lou Williams and Tobias Harris in the weekend’s skills challenge and 3-point contest, respectively. Yet L.A. has managed to stay in lockstep with the rest of a crowded playoff race for the final few spots in the Western Conference. Harris and Avery Bradley have been fine additions from the trade that sent Blake Griffin to Detroit, and the decision to hold onto DeAndre Jordan at the deadline might be the one that allows the Clippers to sneak into the playoffs.

Though the Clippers and Warriors sit in two very different positions in the Western Conference standings, the final stretch of the schedule will be equally important for each team to maximize its ceiling. Every game from here on out bear playoff implications for Los Angeles, who along with Utah, New Orleans, Portland and Denver is jammed in the middle of a packed race for the final playoff spots. Golden State has not been sharp relative to its own lofty standards, and its final 24 games will offer a chance for a useful tune-up before the team gears up for what will likely be at least a run to the Conference Finals.
