Olympics live stream: Watch curling women’s semifinal Korea vs. Japan online

The women’s curling tournament semifinals begin with Korea vs. Japan on Friday morning. Here’s how you can watch online or by live stream.

Korea and Japan, eight wins and five wins, respectively, face off on Friday morning in the Olympic women’s curling tournament while Sweden and Great Britain duke it out on a nearby sheet. The Koreans have won all but one game during the round robin. The one loss? That would be to Japan, in a close match in session 3 that ended 7-5.

Which is to say, Korea should be the overwhelming favorite, particularly if they take a revenge game approach to the rematch, but Japan won’t be short on motivation. After all, winner goes to the gold medal match and is ensured at least silver.

The men’s tournament is moving more swiftly along. The tie-breaker and semifinal matches have been played and the medal games are set. USA will take on Sweden for the gold, while Canada will play Switzerland for the bronze.

NBC will provide a live stream for the semifinal on NBC Olympics website and through the Sports App and will re-air at 12:30 p.m. on NBCSN. NBC has had a notably crazy approach to scheduling during these Winter Olympics, scheduling events with little rhyme or reason, but luckily there have always been live streams for those committed to watching the games in real time.
